Self Love Romance Starts Here with You is a free monthly Metta (Loving-Kindness) workshop devoted to softening the heart, regulating the nervous system, and reconnecting you to yourself with compassion and care.

Through guided meditation, gentle breathwork, and embodied reflection, this workshop creates a safe, grounding space to practice loving-kindness toward yourself — especially in the places where judgment, shame, or disconnection may live.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning how to be with yourself in love.
